How do I know this will
work for me?
At no cost to you, our in-house field representative will come and inspect your site and the roads that lead to your property. During the field visit the size of the mobile home that your property will accommodate will be determined. Our rep will also take other measurements, pictures and other pertinent site information to expedite the delivery of your mobile home.

What information do I
need to provide After Disaster Housing?
We need basic contact information, the make up of your family, your pets, telephone numbers and other related information. We will also need your homeowner's insurance claim number, the name of your insurance company as well as your adjuster's name and number. That's it!

Do you bill the insurance
company or me?
For our clients who are insured, we deal directly with the insurance companies for direct payment, otherwise we bill you direct.

Are there any out-of-pocket
expenses?
The only out-of-pocket expense is a refundable security deposit, which in most cases your insurance company will cover through an advance of insurance proceeds. If no damage occurs, the security deposit will be gladly refunded.

How do you hookup the
water, sewer and electricity?
The hook ups are made directly to your existing utilities. If, as a result of damage, that is not possible, we have alternative approaches that we can take.

Are permits required for a temporary mobile home?
In most cases the answer is yes, however, we will take care of all the necessary permit applications, for you.

What about site preparation?
Depending on your situation, our field representative will be able to tell you what you need to do. In most cases, the answer is nothing.

How soon can I expect
delivery after I meet with your field representative?
While site conditions, permit processing and utility reinstatements can effect delivery, we try to get your new home to you as soon as possible, usually within seven to ten days.

What if I have pets?
Pets are not a problem as pet friendly models are available.

Do you have different
size mobile homes?
Yes, since one size does not fit all, we offer mobile homes in widths of 8', 10', 12' and 14' and from lengths of 25' to 76'.

May I come and look at
the mobile homes before I decide or take delivery?
Of course, once your site is surveyed, we will set up an appointment for you and your family to view the possible homes that will fit your property and your particular needs.

When will I be able to move in?
Once the mobile home installation is complete and inspected by your municipal inspectors, you can move in.

What about furniture?
Your mobile home will be fully furnished to your specific needs, all included at no addition cost.

All of our homes come equipped with major brand, full size appliances, again at no additional cost to you.

How are they heated?
Clean, safe, forced hot air electric heat. Never dangerous gas or smelly oil heat.

my lawn?
While we will do all we can to protect your lawn, any damage is usually covered by your insurance company, which is normally just some dead grass.
